To put it plainly one good sicario will cost you between $150-$200 yes USD not rupees. You'll need 16 attacking sicarios, 6 for base defence and one for your cartel compound. That's 23 x $200. This doesn't even take into account the fact that they will give you less worthy sicario en route so... -
