yeah, it's a glitch that came with the latest update. for some reason one can now join a cartel in Narcos Cartel Wars and get something like Bolster Defense at the Capos Club. I hope they fix it soon

Im gonna try and help this poor man....

Do you know what the Capos club is? Its a building in your cartel base where you can upgrade offence, defence and production of all your members bases. You spend cartel cash there and upgrade these abilities. There is an ability there called Bolster Defence, which allows you to add an extra Sicario to your home base for defense. So yes on a regular level 13 Finca you can only put 3 Sicarios for defense, because your cartel Capos club has unlocked the Bolster defense ability, you can now add the 4th Sicario to your home base. Its not a glitch or cheating...its an added perk for being in a good cartel. Cheers
