I just finished the request from one offert but I haven’t recived gold. When I try to open a ticket a message of error appears and I can’t even open the ticket. I have all screens of the completed request.- Mister96

Thanks Ben, I’m helping him, we are italian and he doesn’t speak english. The solution that the support provides didn’t work, becouse he has a iOS version above 8.0 . I Hope we can solve it.- Mister96
