5th defence scicario

I'm trying to add a 5th scicario to my base. I'm level 28 and my finca is level 12 but it says my finca needs to be level 23 just to add a 5th..any help or information appreciated thank you.

Everything is correct bro. 5th Def sicario is coming with u 23lvl finca. But u can get extra 2 sicarios from u cartel capo club perk.

How can I add 2 more sicario from the cartel capo club I can't find it

It's coming automatically when yours Capo club reach 12 lvl- that's first slot, and 36 lvl that's second sicario slot to Def yours base.
