Perhaps they spend more of their time behind the scenes in line chat or WhatsApp conducting cartel business. Recruiting, teaching, etc etc... There's no direct correlation...

I prefer it! I remember when I was a mid 40's player and had a map full of low to mid 50's players. It was fun killing them all! Now all I get are level 56-60, and I wish like **** that I could get some 64's on my map!

There is definitely a new problem with matchmaking. We matched a cartel that is half our rating, around 6500 vs 13000+ and our compound is almost 50 levels higher. 83 vs 34. This is no fun for either side.

You'll be at 24 and then +2 for camp expansion
