Coin sale for thanksgiving

Hello. Game says 50% more coins but my coin amounts are exactly the same as without any sale. Plus it has a flash sale in the exact same amount.
The flash sales happen like that all the time too. Says its a sale, but the exact amount as without. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
