Dead Sics Give No Gold for Cartel Members

I noticed you don't get gold for dead sics if you're in the same cartel.
Is that on purpose?

You can only get 6 tombstones a day. Sometimes I get tombstones from same cartel members and sometimes I don’t so not sure if there is anything in the coding.
