El Cigarro Syndicate (US Cartel lvl 40, 4400 rating, min lvl 38 to join) is looking for active players preferably who speak english and are actively attacking, donating and participating. We have a close group of guys who play hard and are very competitive (won 79/86 wars). if you're willing to work hard and have fun we can take you on if you're not quite at level 38. Our roster is regularly maintained so we can compete with the best. We do have many perks like expansion camp +2 and an extra defender at your base plus much more. Come join the fun!

-Update - We're now only accepting minimum lvl. 38 and up as we've grown very fast in a short period of time. If you love to war & have fun like we do we'd love to have you on board!

Looking for more dedicated, mature players. The core is made up of long-time players who have been stable and active. If you like to win and consider yourself elite, come do a try-out with us for a war and see if it's a good fit.
