Lost Account

[El Padron YWC]

Hey guys,

playing Narcos now for nearly 2 years and got an account on lv 65 (El Padron YWC).
Yesterday I wanted to make myself a new second account with an second facebook account and wanted to use it on one iphone. So I did everything. I saved my lv 65 account which was linked to my first facebook account.
I connected the second account and played a bit. After a while I wanted to go back to my main account.
Now I cant see my main account on lv 65 anymore..!!
What did I do wrong?
Is there any chance to get my progress and the main account back?
Allready wrote messages to FTX, but the reply will take time.

Can anybody help?

normally you would switch accounts with 2 game center accounts. but maybe that's the situation now? did you use the same gamecenter account?
