Nightmare outposts - retreating

I was allowed to retreat from a Nightmare outpost before deploying, thinking I could just “reset” the level and try again. BUT attacking again requires another Voice Recorder.

I personally won’t have this problem again, but I don’t think it should allow you to retreat.

Actually the reason I think this is a software bug is on a previous attempt on a different Nightmare outpost it specifically said retreat not available. Why is retreat selectively available on Nightmare outposts? Reinforces are ample, there’s no reason anyone should retreat.

I suggest to just make it impossible to retreat on all Nightmare Outposts.
