last week i finish 5th on my league and i was not promoted. i contact the game support.sent a lot of pictures that prove there was a problem there
first they tried to lie to me. than another pic shows that what they are saying isnt the true.
they told me :"ok,there was a problem.we will fix it soon"
since nothing happened
i contact them again and again and they are just ignoring me
im also starting my leagues with 11-16 ponits less compare to top 5(on the first seconds)
is it normaly or is it a bug\problem also?
because its really not fair. 16 points are a lot and i cant compete someone who haveing such a big advantage on me
