Not getting challenge rewards

I thought I was tripping but this is the 3rd challenge that I haven't received my rewards. Has this been happening to anyone else.

In TWD I finished my supply hunt and it wouldn't give me my silver supply chest, and just reset. I've sent emails , but havnt got any responce
