My cartel has just won a war but our resource winnings went straight to storage again.when is the port kicking back in?we assumed it would have been from today!!!!

I'm hoping that it was because the wars were either started or was still going during the update and it'll apply to all wars post-update.

Updated my game at night. And in next the morning we started the war. War ended. And boom. Rewards straighly go to storage.

I guess they'll be pushing that new event back then...
