to make the game more balance, outpost should be 12 lvl higher than you. If you are lvl 30 below, your opponents will be better if their lvl is 35+ and you are lvl 40 and above, your opponents should be lvl 30 below with 300% bonus on looted resources LOOOOOOOOOOL

right in the p*ssy, mate! you spend more money on reinforcement than collecting resources in the outpost. And you will just waste your money attacking others players as they are 4-6 lvl higher than you.

you guys should test the update before implementing it.

Fair matchmaking my ***! They only favor the high lvl players im level 30 and always get raided by lvl 36+ while players on my map is 4 lvl higher than me.
