If you finished the event you can go back and press "reinforce". The sicario will be restored, no waiting time.

This kind of event is supposed to be the only place that we can accumulate blue, purple etc directives. If they don't even bother to put them as rewards what's the point of having the guerilla building? So that we can only pay with gold?

It would be nice if we could assign 2 or more builders when upgrading something to speed things up. 5% per builder or something...

There is no fun when your troops are dead even before you deploy them. You are waaay out of reach.
