this guy raided me, i believe we can only have this kind fuegos at lvl 20 finca, or something like that(upgrading training camp right now cant see) so how the **** this guy at lvl 32 already have them?

i tried testing fusing sicarios to see what tallents would be created, in the end i cancelled, but when i went to my sicarios list the sicarios used to make 5 stars to fuse were disappeared, is this normal?
