I still haven't found a solution for this problem,it's so annoying..

I've recently installed game after not playing it for 2 or 3 months..The game keeps freezing at loading screen after reinstalling the app and restarting my phone couple of times...I've also tried switching from wi-fi to 4g and it's still the same thing..Its really frustrating and if someone...

54 level outposts started showing on map altough im only at level 38..I dont know if this is some kind of bug or something else but it is really frustrating because there is no way for me to take it down with my current troops..It cant be that i am the only one with this problem..
