If you finished the event you can go back and press "reinforce". The sicario will be restored, no waiting time.- PaiNLess

Event is a waste of time.
This kind of event is supposed to be the only place that we can accumulate blue, purple etc directives. If they don't even bother to put them as rewards what's the point of having the guerilla building? So that we can only pay with gold? -

SIMPLE things that would make the game more convinient
It would be nice if we could assign 2 or more builders when upgrading something to speed things up. 5% per builder or something...
