Yup loved the event but got cheated on my rewards

I'm still waiting for my rewards on the event I finished last week. I was 11th place and still no rewards. I spent money and lots of gold to just get cheated out of my rewards

I'm having the same problem can't figure out why I haven't gotten my reward
