Capo possibility to choose what should participate in CW

Why there isint that option, that before starting cartel war, capo, or right hand can mark or unmark people who will be participate in cartel war? It will solve problem when someone is AFK last war...

It seems like a nice idea. What if Capo only selects the top ranking players? This means instead of having nice fair war of 20 vs 20 players you have "top ten" vs "top ten" as selected by Capo, then it isn;'t really a Cartel War anymore. Do you think it will be less fun for the newbie players who never get to compete and take part in the war?

In our cartel we kick players who are not active - the kick comes with an open invitation to return when they are ready to join in wars, kicking doesn';t have to be a bad thing if its normal process for the cartel.
