2. Does taking out Cartel Defensive Sicarios at an Enemy Compound in War lower/remove special abilities in place?

2. No with a caveat - whatever offensive and defensive sicario boosts that are present at the start of an attack, will remain throughout that attack, whether the sicarios live or die. This is important for compound attacks, because removing sicarios in the compound will weaken the compounds defense for the next attack.

That actually just finished up this morning! There were 246 attacks in the war, so that would be a massive production effort far beyond my expertise. I do have the third attack on their compound recorded. I guess I could post that in its own thread!
