Is bad translation: Increase ≠ Reduce.

Kind of related.. I noticed some non-English speaking cartels have the Suppressive Fire skill set on their cartel compound sics. Not sure but I figured the translation didn’t make it clear enough that Suppressive Fire is for player bases only.
