The video doesnt play and the game bugs
You need to fix this bug and to reward us with double prizes from free videos or to supply us with 550gold that is the gold that i need for 4 instant squad reinforcements for one day

Hi @Gorilas, could you please send us a ticket from within the game by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu? Please be as detailed as you can about the issue and include any screenshots you may have taken related to it. Our support team will be happy to help you with this issue.

In some cases, it can be due to a poor connection, so if you haven't tried to play using a stable WiFi connection, it would be worth doing so as well.
