As mentioned in another thread, this is not a bug. The attacking player simply has the counter skill, which deflects damage back on to the weapons as they fire.

Squad damage as people say. She is sometimes available in the roulette events, that's how I got mine.

No the regular raids for expert are still 30 checkpoints. The only difference is buildings and fincas have 10% extra health (they're still really easy though). I don't know what level you need to be, but I think for me it changed once I got to level 53, finca 22.

Expert level raid doesn't change (I'm level 62 and it's still the same) - still gives rank 4 skillsets. You need level 60 sicarios to do it.

I think that was me that said that. I got nearly 8k gold doing it (three blue jackpot stars). I was stupid for this roulette and tried it again - I should have known I wouldn't get lucky twice - wasted a lot of gold and got absolutely nothing haha

Update: A recruitment drive means we're now up to 27 members and getting better cartel chest rewards each week. Capos club is about to become level 33 and we've since added another +2 energy flux so you now get +7 in total. Currently 4th in UK region.

The difference is that each "Elite Skills Chest" guarantees to contain a skill that belongs to a set. Quite simple. The other regular skills chest contains a skill that may or may not belong to a set. As we all know, when it says level/rank 1-5, the odds of getting a rank 5 are very low.
