I think we should have allways some higher levels in Our map but not all of them neither a 50/50, something like a 70/30 or a 50% same level, 25% lower and 25 higher, not sure the best combination... the outposts allways higher but the same amount like a 70/30 or 60/40 so you can beat more than...
