As @CRABNUTZ said, it averages out. I got 5/5 missile on Diego my first roll a few days ago, and the next day a guy in my cartel did too. I've also spent 5k gold to get a perfect talent as well. I won't disagree that it's usually after 3000 gold that you start getting good stuff most of the time.

The bunker is the rip-off here. What a useless piece of **** it is, it protects hardly anything, especially when you get into the 6/6/6 upgrades. They need to increase bunker capacity asap.

They could do it like boom beach where a click on the gunboat brings up a menu where you can save 4 troop combinations. They could do the same with a "barracks" which would simply be a building beside the port (non attackable to prevent more energy gain) that you click to set your line up...

Great idea, just like they did for boom beach. Unfortunately with all the bugs that need fixing, and have needed fixing for months, I doubt you will see this feature brought in anytime soon. They have much more important issues to solve first.
