Never asked for any sort of refund previously BillyBob and I've spent a fair bit over the years.. Was offered the partial refund and refused it, they looked at my account and a supervisor agreed that I wasn't just trying it on.. iTunes were so helpful!! Proper customer services :-(

You've never once answered me about making the port useless @Chase - FTX Games or anyone else for that mattter!! The change made was that you couldn't lose what you hadn't logged on to claim, that's nothing to do with FTX totally changing the port I paid out for with resources and a lot of gold...

The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say, so having lost faith in FTX and it's staff over the last couple of months, due to ill thought out updates and detrimental changes to the game I won't be holding my breath thinking everything will be sorted out with another massive update...
