If they deployed and attacked base then yea that's cheating if they get to reuse Sicarios. Lot of people use the same Sicarios especially Diegos tho...now if they didn't get off truck then they can be reused. Simple. Cartel Rules also state you can attack base up to 6x...but we can only attack 3x.

Ur Sicarios have no talents? Doesn't look that difficult, Rocket Launchers are right up front. Destroy the nerve gas cannon 1st with Missiles, deploy 4 squads right in front of RL & flashbang the Piercing Cannons.

Level 47 has the 2 gas cannons...I'm a level 46 and been facing level 47, 48 & 49's...all beatable but not without mass casualties, I usually wait to attack the ones with mad health boosts last then I shield up lol. Don't forget to upgrade your Flashbang.
