I'm level 41 & I got level 37, 38 & 39's on my Map...Cartel Members of mine is a level 35 & has level 40, 41 & 42's & up on his maps...thinking it has something to do with ratings.

Would like to know as well.

Lol, true but it would be nice, my only complaint in the game. Sucks cuz the Rating seems like it's only from Medal Count & most of my Cartel are new players.

One of my Crew members from the Cartel have it & he's getting 700 gold daily for 1 week...he was a level 18 or 19 when he got it, plus came with a Couple Sicarios and a Builder.

New Cartel here. We had a win streak of 11 in a row then we were matched up with a Cartel that had 1000 rating higher than us & we lost. We didn't lose because of the rating but lack of participation. There should be a Top 20 for each state & country.

Thanks for the Heads up now I need to update my Storages. I'm a level 41 with 17 Finca, was wondering what the Resource requirements were.

Should add a workshop on the Cartel Base to Craft Strike Orders separate from own base & have the Capo's, Right Hands and LT's in charge of em or even the Falcons since they have limited duties Cartel wise.

Some of my crew members from the Bako Bullyz Cartel has mentioned to me that level 8 doesn't work, they are unable to "scout" it & the loading screen just stays on. Told em I would make a post.
