Uninstall Then reinstall it maybe?

I am not able to assign a skill set even though I have all required skills. The flashbang set looks as though I don’t have the last skill but I do. I have submitted two reports to FTX, but they refuse to reply. I have screen shots in case they need them. Anyone else ever had this issue?

Yes it has done that but it stays at an unbeatable level.

Is it typical to have resource centers that are 13 levels higher than me? I can’t beat it at all!

I’m having the exact same issue and in the exact same area of the map. Does upgrading the Finca fix the issue? I’m going to be upgrading finca to level 15 in a day or so.
