So this is pretty much my last shot at trying to continue playing the game... The game is, for some reason, unplayable on my new Pixel 3XL. I went back and forth with customer service over this for nearly a month only for them to tell me that they couldn't help me as their logs showed no errors. It's now been nearly 2 months since I've played. I'm a level 51; right hand in my cartel; money player; been in the game for 2 yrs- and it seems that FTX is unconcerned with retaining my business. Can anyone help? FTX? Someone experiencing similar issues? I do NOT want to quit! I can tell anyone concerned, however, that if I am forced to quit over this, the review I'll be posting will be both complete and blistering- there is NOTHING ok about this from a business/customer service point of view.
