Cant donate to Cartel Compound

So for 2 days now my entire cartel has not been able to donate, first it was only wood now everyone is locked out of everything...So I guess this is the newest fantastic FTX has given us with the update. This is holding back our entire Cartel and we need compensation. Yep you guessed it @Chase its Decap so fix this and give up the compensation.

Also, if you could please provide an answer as to why I haven't heard from support since April 3rd regarding my support ticket, I'd appreciate it.

Still a problem... but at least they responded very promptly to my ticket, hats off.

We have looked through the data received from our users and it turned out that this kind of issue appears when various players are trying to perform the same actions in the game using the same items. In order our players didn't lose resources or run into any troubles caused by this situation, the game saves changes made by a player who was the first and prevents the other users from doing the same things. Please, try donating resources later.

This is the answer... I think they meant to say "its a bug, try later as it may go away probably"

Nope not fixed and no response from Support or compensation as of yet...
