Dismantle feature

Could we as players be allowed to dismantle buildings that are of NO USE to us such as port,product storage (too many for amount of product we can move) and if no more guerilla tickets then guerilla building too please?
This would free up space on our compound and give us back the resources we've wasted on building them.

How are they no use?? I turned my guerilla building into a brothel and sub let my port to human traffickers. Figured if I was a drug kingpin I might as well go all out and it is the only way I can afford to keep going in this game.
