I also have lost my entire game play from beginning up to approx level 400, All Coins, Rewards & Everything

I HAVE ALSO LOST ACCESS TO MY CURRENT WALKING DEAD SLOTS GAME; AND HAVE LOST MY EARNED 400 LEVEL STATUS, ALL REWARDS, COINS &Everything I have Invested SO MUCH TIME and Effort into Achieving. When I saw previous Post of same incident; I Also had a change in device due to previous device failure. HELP ME PLEASE......QUICKLY!!!! I'VE BEEN IN IT SINCE THE BEGINNING AND FEEL LOST AND DISTRAUGHT!! THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE AND REMEDY TO THIS ERROR!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
