We got bored in a loser cartel that was swimming with 50 members but really going nowhere so we started our new one. thus far we have a 75% win ratio, 10 members 9 of which are actively participating. (we have already culled those that joined the cartel for the lame 5 gold bars etc since 4 of us had to carry them through the first few wars)
We communicate regularly, map out who gets to take who and so on maximising war points. We aren't growing quickly b. ut we are growing steadily and stealthily and everyone is donating daily. we are also well involved with capos club research so if you join us your own soldiers will benefit from the upgrades we have made and are making; squad camp size increases and so on.
We implemented a 25 min level and 150 points rating however, if you are a really active player ie level 23 and rating 250 then we will consider bringing you on board. leave a note here and you will get a response.
My best advice is to join the group and fight a few wars and see how you go. we are literally always at war now so it may not suit some players.
