Hello everyone! It has come to our attention that some Narcos: Cartel Wars players are using multiple accounts on the same device. Using multiple accounts on the same device can lead to a number of issues:
- Progress saves can be overwritten.
- These are unrestorable on the part of the player. Support must be contacted for assistance (this is done by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu).
- VIP Subscriptions may appear on accounts other than the one intended. It is NOT possible to transfer VIP subscriptions between accounts.
- The only way to correct this issue is to cancel your subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and repurchase on the intended Narcos account (DO NOT switch between Narcos accounts until VIP becomes active).
- EDIT 8/10/20: Offer Wall rewards may appear on accounts other than the one intended. It is NOT possible to transfer Offer Wall rewards between accounts.
- If taking advantage of Offer Wall rewards, please do not switch between accounts until you have received what you were expecting.
