I would like to see more tools to manage the cartel, Some people are playing in the cartel and are not donating or entering wars. It would be handy if we could message people directly in the cartel to find out why.

I think alot of people dont notice the chat and having people play in the cartel who are active but u can`t reach them is very annoying.

Also cartel donations are too hidden for new players, having to visit the compound then click in corner, is what for some people is hard to find out.

Add a cartel donation button somewhere on the main screen with a timer or notification system when its time to donate again. It should be made easier for people to donate and be warned about it. This will help the cartels with some people that dont tend to be as active.

Also donations level rewards are pretty bad. Level 22 and 10x 500xp is kinda weak, takes months to reach this level and 10x5000 or 10x15000 would be more handy since u are probably in high level 30`s by then.

So yes, some kind of private message system or making it easier for people to not forget to donate to the cartel would be nice.

Its impossible to communicate with people at the moment , making it harder to build a healthy cartel.

Looking forward to whatever improvements that can be made amd making members more engaged. Maybe better rewards for donations or a short time boost in increased resources for a daily donation so people dont want to forget it.

I'm also frustrated by some players, they are donating, but are unresponsive in chat and do not participate in wars. After days of unsuccsesfully trying to reach them on chat I'm forced to boot them. One member recently said, that he was unable to see any conversations on chat for two weeks, the chat didn't work for him, so I'm wondering if it even works for some other members too?

The rewards for donating are extremly low, yes!

Agree with this... so there is way to communicate directly to other member on cartel not just in cartel chat.

To be honest.. personally, I've never seen the donation system as a way to get rewards lol, I always assumed that the reward came in the form of your cartel being able to upgrade stuff, which then ultimately benefits you individually aswell as everyone else

As for private messages / a way to communicate with players directly - well, this is longgggg overdue

There are several other apps people use to communicate with each other in these types of games. Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp and GroupMe to name a few of them.

My personal favorite is the LINE app due to the ability to create notes for people to read.

Using outside apps dont work if u cant talk to people which is the whole reason,we need some type of 1v1 talk.

The people who would use outside apps arent problem , its being able to reach new peopke or unresponsive people.

Also rewards are given by ftx , didnt ask for it, but at least dont make em a joke. Reaching a new donation level could be made more intresting

lol - so you'd rather have ZERO incentive and they take rewards away all together then? Ill happily take 5 x 500 plata over nothing at all lol

Like i said, ive always assumed that the REAL incentive for donating, is so that your cartel grows and can build and stuff. The rewards are just a token gesture, like the free chests you get everyday, or these new daily gifts they give, not really something that needs to be looked at or changed.

Well your mostly playing with strangers and new people. Instead of a reward make it more intresting for people to donate, think most dont care and there is no loss if they dont donate.

big cartels dont have this issue but having more people intrested in donating, helps new and upcoming cartels. Its a game and thus evertyhing should be fun or intresting or we stop and play something else
