It works as 5 rank sicario just it have low level so it may die faster, u don't need spend money for rank up sicario, also u don't need produce parts which needed to rank up sicario.

- Yes lvl1 5-star has better bonus and can attach more talents than a lvl1 1-star

- You keep saying you don't understand why 5-stars even at lvl1 are better than lvl1 1-star... what do you think people are paying good money for. People are paying for a advantage right off the bat, pretty simple....

- You keep asking why people level up their base sicarios if they already get them at rank 5, you've asked that question like three times already in this thead. It's pretty simple..... you level up 5-rank sicarios so they have MORE HP and MORE DMG, that is why Victor and Butcher are so popular both can have over 30k HP and 1k dmg, that's more than some defense buildings.

When they nerfed scorpion the first time they gave people gold, it was based on his rank though, not his talents... so if you spend 20k on one talent, that didnt matter to the devs, all that mattered was his 'rank'



This has always been the case, base sic talents are always there, doesnt matter if they are killed

What the nerf in RL imbalance Health or damage?
We should focus on the Cartel Boat as new offensive or raids weapon.
Helipad improvements more firepower.
Sicario vehicles, Sicario talents? Sicario attack helicopters,
Sicario boats all for raids. Defense of Finca or Cartel Compound.

Took the words out of my mouth, I was about to say the same. People want to cry about everything on these forums, and use their one built up squad against every defense successfully. They have never seen a flashbang squad against high HP RLs and PCs base. One of my friends has his flashbang up to 15 seconds each and that's not even as high as others. My compound squad had flashbang up to 13 seconds.
Some stuff does need to be repair in the game but some stuff people want to cry about cause they don't want to change squads and strategies. New event has a useful sicario with a flashbang bonus.... go get top 10.

Also the rocket launchers being at close to a 100000 in health takes forever to beat just one rocket launcher so yes it makes it unfair

Max scorpions do over 99k damage. So, perhaps the problem isn't reaper, but the fact that you've settled for subpar talents.
