Need level 40 plus players to join Them Boys Cartel

Looking for active players to join Them Boys Cartel. We have 100 percent active players, but we decided to stop wars to recruit 40 level players since the wars are so uneven now a days you really cant do much unless have 3 or 4 level 40 players. JOIN THEM BOYS. WE ARE ACTIVE AND GROWIN. ANY 30 PLUS LEVELS PLAYERS ARE WELCOMED TOO
