No names, but which cartel for 3 newbies ?

Hello. Me and two other friends jut got into the game few days ago (level up to 14) and are wandering which cartel should we join. Is there any "big" one for the whole community , or we should look for something special ?
Active all days but work too, so not always available. Is it better to be in a small cartel or large ? Differences ? What do we have to do once inside ?
Please help us decide.

The benefits your base receives depends on what cartel you join..bigger cartels better benefits.

Our cartel(cartel d Puerto Rico )for example:let's u put 5 sicarios to defend your base as well as the strength of weapons and soldiers increase based on performance/and building of our pound.
