Can I suggest having a poll to see if the polls are actually worth having? I see a lot of polls? I see a lot of negativity In said polls! But what I don't see is anything actually being done about said polls...
You obviously know from the polls you've made a serious misjudgement concerning certain updates and changes? Why don't you actually come out and say so! Plus change it of course? Plus explain how you've changed it??
I'd say putting your hands up and admitting mistakes goes along way to regaining the trust and respect of your customers? Because that's what we are at the end of the day! And you know what they say? The customers always right... plus don't forget! We pay your wages!!!!
