Squad camp glitch

I have squad camps at level 16. It holds 22 flacos +2 extra (cartel bonus).

When I upgrade one of them to level 17 (spending 3mil wood, 3mil stone and 2mil iron in the process), it will be able to hold... 22 flacos (+2).

Doesn't seem like a very clever way to spend resources, right?

What's happening here? Anyone has faced the same glitch?

You'll be at 24 and then +2 for camp expansion

That's not what the game shows me.

Both pics are correct . The upgrade pic only show the upgrade effect, not the Cartel effect. After upgrade, it will show Cartel effect. so your squad 17 can hold 24 +2 after upg

If you click on the (+2) in the first picture, it will say (Cartel Bonus)
