The Dynamite up to 42% AoE Damage, Sapper 35% all buildings damage (like Butcher stats) better personal stats than Sebastian, has same effect on mines like Sebastian but (unlike the butcher) less personal damage -17%.

It has the same circle as every other sic, any launcher in that circle deals extra 42%

Area of Effect is opposite Single Target...

Single Target damage is Guard Tower, Cannon, Piercing Cannon, things that shoot one target..

AoE is Rocket Laucher, Bowling Ball Launcher, Etc. Pretty sure Flame thrower and Machine gun in area of effect.
