Anyone else completed the new raid that starts today ?? At start I got offered stage 5 for bb,medic and gd. Picked bb but once finished I only got stage 4 and only got 3 out of the 4 needed for the stage 4 talent ??

You never get stage 5 skills from events

When u finish the event you get 6 chest with talents from that set doesn't actually say you get the full set so u might get multiple of 1 or 2 talents
You also get 1 chest with 1 completely random skill

Check the rewards for score milestones. Click on the skill box icon. The rank of the skill will be mentioned there. Stage 5 is merely the difficulty level of outposts.
