narcos@ftxgames.com or open a ticket from in-game. For your issue, I think the prior of the two options will work best for you.
Info to include, original email tied to account, Facebook or Google credentials, user name on that account, and if you have it, the player ID. Support will ask you to verify that your account is indeed your account and any information that you can give them right off the bat will help streamline your request.
