Hello @El patron makis, I am assuming this was meant to be shared in the Narcos: Cartel Wars forum. Please let me know if my assumption is incorrect, and I will relocate the thread again.

Whenever you experience a lag, please choose "Report an issue" in the Settings menu (even if you needed to close the game and reopen it). This sends our support team your game logs and better allows them to find a solution for the issue. Thank you!
