There is a formula that determines how much hp is lost to the finca based on the current health of the finca and the number of buildings - the max reduction from destroying buildings will take the finca down to 1/5 hp. The reduction is variable though, so it is not a flat % for each building...

We currently do not have plans to add this feature. If you can find a similar game that does allow the changing of the leader of a clan/guild/cartel please let me know so we can check it out. Generally, this is not present in games of this types of games for a number of reasons.

I'm not sure Ivan. Have you mentioned this to support? I know if you keep destroying outposts, they will level up. Refreshing them with the find another button will lower their level over time.
