Yes You cannot get accurate GD valuevfrom just scouting the base. Assume the GD 6% if it's a 3 star sicario, 10% if it's blue star and below, and 12% if it's purple. Add up all of those values. As for Fortas or Miguel talents, you have to scout each and every value of the sicarios to find out...

That's only if you get to 14000 scores and above. Not many cartels can achieve that. Not without a cartel that has enough members. You can get decent skill chests from skill set raids every 2 - 3 weeks.

I thought the highest reward is skills chest which contains dice? other than skills raid, this is the only event that provides dice/skill you can open up the bounty hunt chest for every milestone you reach too

It all depends on the level of compound Finca. The higher level it is, the more ammos and influence won per war. Also number of attacks won adds to that number as well.
