Lately I've encountered a bug that doesn't let one of my squads to retreat when I accidentally deploy. Only 3 squads go back to their trucks with 1 stuck until they all get killed. But I haven't yet encountered your problem yet. Try clearing your cache regularly.

I would suggest you guys doing the cartel chest event with another cartel that can't get chest 11 as well. 1 week at your cartel, the next week at the other cartel. Make sure everyone double donates during the cartel chest event. Both cartels get the benefits!

I've decided not to use my Forta or any Forta talents. Just a waste of gold and money obviously. I also don't want to make other people's lives even more difficult. If your defence is too strong then you won't have enough revenge for the cartel chest. Cartel comes first before anything else.

Maybe a good start is to apply sicario talents to ALL squad camps. For example if your sicario has a 15% squad damage talent it should apply to all troops and not just one squad camp he/she is leading.
