It's just messaging app where u can add everyone from ur cartel and keep in contact easier

We use an app called "telegram" to keep in touch and get a hold of eachother

Cartel De Oz's capo has been missing for the best part of 9-10months im right hand and we've battled up to Number 1 in our region. You can opt out the Capo from wars but it's a real pain in the *** and waste of space in the cartel ranks

I not going to complain about the roulette wheel as i did pretty well out of it and finished it pretty quick, but we really need another Guerrilla Event as most players are running out of directives.
